CQ Bin Cleaners collects your name, phone number, email address, service address and details about your bins so that we can prepare quotes, schedule and carry out cleaning, and manage your account. We store this information in our customer management system and do not sell it.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing cqbincleaners@outlook.com.

Our customer portal and online booking system are provided by Squeegee. Information you enter there is stored in Squeegee for us and is also covered by Squeegee's own privacy policy.

Our reviews page can show content from Facebook and from a Google reviews service. When that content loads, those companies may collect information such as your IP address and set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

Draft for review: please have this statement checked against your actual practices and the Australian Privacy Principles before publishing.
